pages 33-47 a connection i think i could see that happens in society is that actions can ruin friendships tare apart family and hurt a person greatly. Also in desperation a person can commit these actions, not thinking of other people and what it can due to them. Last desperation will cause you to get away from your morals and commit action in greed.

A connection to my life with the book Tweak was friends. Friends are one of your strongest influence. If you hungout with the "wrong crowd" who knows where they could lead you and introduce you to. My research part

Darfur is full of killing and war. This chaos was sparked according to Nicholas Kristrof by the Khartoum government and also by tension between Arab tribes and African tribes (NY times). The people in Darfur where looked down upon by the Sudan government and were also denied resources by the Khartoum government. In addition to the lack of recourse for the people of Darfur, the Khartoum government supplied Arab tribes with weapons. This worried the African tribes. They felt like they where being pushed away and targeted. The Africans came back with an insurgency on the government. All of thesis issues have built up and exploded to what he sees today.

In the article i found is about British colonization in Africa. The British established colonies in africa, the "whites" have started taking over. This didnt go well with the Africans. They started to rebel aginst theEnglish. The British believed to maintain order they had to use force. They would get rid of all of the rebellion groups.
